There are several ways to contact Janey's Web Service. Depending
on the information you require or issue that you have, different
contact information is available to you. Please read the following
before making contact so that your answers can be expedited as
quickly as possible.
Administration - All questions,
problems, or inquiries regarding your account that are directly
related to invoicing, payment options or arrangements, new accounts,
pricing, or account information (such as contact/billing changes)
should be directed to Administration. Phone, fax, and email address
are provided below.
Technical Support - All questions or problems you may be encountering should be directed to Technical support. This
includes, but is not limited to, account/ftp/email problems, technical questions regarding the server or connectivity of
your account, and general issues. For additions or modifications to your existing account, direct to contacts for
Account modifications.
Account Modifications - All requests for new email accounts or email forwarding, new domain registrations or domain name
linking, cgi/perl programming, program installations, password protection, or other issues regarding modifications to your
existing account should be directed to the contacts for account modifications. To help expedite your
requests, special forms have been setup requesting the information we need to fulfill your needs. Please
